Over 100 Pieces of Carnival Glass, 100 Ship Lanterns & Lights and Much More….

The May 7th , 2013 Auction consists of over 100 lots of fine Carnival, Fenton, and Art glass including unusual pieces and sets. There are over 200 nautical lanterns, mostly in brass and in unusual forms, along with a nice collection of motor oil cans, barber shop shaving mugs, and razors. Also includes advertising signs, match safes, cigar boxes, toys, still banks, and mechanical banks. A nice selection of clocks can be found as well including ship and banjo clocks.

Other highlights include a selection of primitive butter molds and a large collection of scales consisting of chemist scales and gold/diamond scales with weights – many dating to the early 1800s. Additional items include tin types, violins, woven baskets, ladies’ purses, watches, scrimshaw pieces, and a noteworthy Regina coin-operated music box that needs restoration.

Finally, you will find a nice array of stoneware – many with blue decoration, a nice collection of glass pitchers including Majolica, art glass, and copper luster, a very unusual children’s ABCs collection with mugs and utensils, and a nice selection of early Flow Blue china and pottery pieces.
