Over 300 Advertising, 30 Sports Memorabilia, 100 Toys & 150 Train Lots
The Feb 19, 2013 auction is loaded with fresh antique toy and advertising lots. The sale begins with over 150 soda-related and Coca-Cola lots. Some of the highlights include several very clean Coca-Cola trays from the 1920’s (164,168,169); a 1905 Coca-Cola Thermometer (216) and a French Coca-Cola poster from the 1960’s (202). Following the soda lots are a number of general advertising lots. Some of the highlights would include a Sweet Chimes Cigar tin (342), a 1930’s Milling CO. Factory Scene (318) and an Ath-Lo-Pho-Ros Tri-Fold Cardboard Remedy Sign (315). We then move on to over 200 sport-related and toy lots. Some of the highlights would include a Peg Leg Begger mechanical bank (420) and a Pressed Steel American National Packard Car (482). The sale ends with over 100 various train lots. Some of the train highlights would include a large number of Lionel and MTH sets in original boxes.
